I managed to nip in here before work one day, and how glad I was that I got up that bit earlier to make it in. Definitely set me up for the day.
When you walk in you're greeted by the most glorious wall filled with a giant white board with a quote then beneath is an array of their pickling jars and a water station which is so lovely as water is straight from the tap and you can help yourself, the morning I visited, as you can see, there was the most glorious morning light flooding through the windows which are at ground level.
I just love visiting new places because I want to try everything on the menu. I was stuck between whether to go for eggs or granola. So of course me being me, I went for both! Firstly I had the Free from everything granola and I'm so glad I did. The granola was made up mostly of buckwheat and coconut it was toasted and delicious. the yoghurt was dairy free and made in house.
Then I just had to try the eggs, they did come with gubbeen cheese, which I would have loved, but anyway I got it without and with avocado instead. Wow those tomatoes were good, it was the perfect time of year to order them off a menu. They were super fresh and tasty and just so full of flavour, with just a little salt and pepper, it's all they needed.
I hear they do the most delicious porridge once the winter months set in so I'm definitely glad I made it in for their granola but will just have to go back to try the porridge soon. I know they change their menu which I find brilliant, you know they're keeping up with the seasons and using the freshest and locally grown produce. I'll definitely be going back. This place is without a doubt worth a visit. Let me know what you think if you get to go.
